The initial call was not encouraging as the sales rep who answered the call told me he was busy when I told him I had some questions and then the line went dead… I have never heard of or encountered a sales rep in any industry, who thinks it’s a good idea to exhibit a rude attitude and tell the potential client, I’m too busy to deal with you. We drove from Gatlinburg to Fairfax Va to look at a car, which I couldn’t keep running during the test drive. We then headed to Lexington, a total of 17 hours of driving! We stayed the night and I show up at Broadway at 8:30 and Danny was there to greet me. I told him about the phone call and he said I should speak to the manager. I did that! Danny however, brought the car around and had me all ready to go in no time flat! I recommend you see Danny. He is geared towards customer service!
